Caitlin Hartung is an ACSM Certified Personal trainer, she has been a trainer since 2009. Caitlin believes that clients should be trained in a functional way, using proper form to avoid injury and individualized plans to help each client achieve their goals. Caitlin has a background in weight lifting, kickboxing, gymnastics, basketball, HIIT, aerobics and pilates.
She enjoys pulling from as many areas as she can to create a fun and unique workout for each client. She specializes in weight loss and increasing the metabolism, muscle building, toning, sculpting, and much more. She also has a soft spot for post-natal clients, as she has first-hand experience with the difficulty and great need for help after having a baby. Caitlin works with clients with physical limitations and post-rehab clients in order to prevent further injury and (if possible) continue the healing process.
Caitlin is a firm believer in eating a clean diet and encourages her clients to be healthy in all areas of life, including nutrition and mental health as well as exercise. She does offer help with certain aspects of nutrition, like calculating macros, and finding the right nutritional path for you.
